By using a creator profile page you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the pages.
2. About these pages
These pages provide link-in-bio profile pages for creators, operated by JWBN Ltd. A profile page shows a creator’s name, bio and a set of links. When you tap a link you are redirected to a third-party platform— for example a creator’s page on OnlyFans, Fanfix or a social network. We do not host, control or endorse the content on those third-party platforms.
3. Adult content and age
Some creators link to adult (18+) platforms. Where a link is marked as adult, you will be asked to confirm your age before continuing. By proceeding past that confirmation you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. The adult content itself is hosted by the third-party platform and is governed by that platform’s own terms and age policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the pages or attempt to disrupt or overload them;
- bypass rate limits, security measures or age confirmations;
- scrape or harvest data from the pages; or
- use the pages for any unlawful purpose.
5. Content and moderation
Profile content and links are supplied by, or on behalf of, the creators we work with. We may remove or disable any link or profile, at any time, that we consider unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or in breach of these Terms or the rules of the platforms we link to. If you believe a link or profile gives access to illegal content, please report it to hello@jwbn.org with the relevant URL and a short explanation; we will review it and take appropriate action. This is our point of contact for content notices under the EU Digital Services Act.
6. Intellectual property
These pages, their design and software are owned by JWBN Ltd. Creator names, images and marks remain the property of the respective creators or their licensors.
7. Disclaimers
The pages are provided “as is” and “as available”. Links may change or stop working, and the third-party platforms they point to are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWBN Ltd’s total liability for any claim relating to the pages is limited to €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where applicable law so requires.
