1. Who we are
These creator profile pages — including this page and the creator domains we operate — are provided by JWBN Ltd, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 484041 (“we”, “us”). 2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the personal data we process when you visit a creator profile page. It does not cover the third-party websites our links point to (such as OnlyFans, Fanfix, Instagram or other creator platforms) — each of those services has its own privacy policy.
3. Data we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible.
- Anonymous click analytics.When you tap a link on a profile, we record the link’s identifier, the time of the tap, your country (country level only, derived from your connection — not a precise location) and your device type (mobile, desktop or tablet). This data is aggregate; it is not combined with your name, an account, or any identifier that singles you out.
- No cookies or tracking pixels. We do not set cookies of our own and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. No cookie-consent banner is shown because no consent is required for the purely functional delivery of these pages.
- No IP address storage. Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address transiently to deliver the page and to rate-limit abuse. We do not store your IP address.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process the anonymous click analytics on the basis of our legitimate interests — operating the pages, keeping them secure, and understanding in aggregate which links are useful. Because the data is aggregate and minimal, this processing has no material impact on your privacy.
5. Hosting and processors
The pages are hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which acts as our processor for connection data, including the transient handling of IP addresses described above. We do not sell or share your personal data.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical measures.
7. Retention
Aggregate click analytics are retained to measure link performance over time; they contain no identifier that singles you out. We do not retain IP addresses.
8. Your rights
Under the EU and UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Because our click analytics are aggregate and not linked to you, we are generally unable to isolate your individual records — but you may still contact us with any request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or with your local supervisory authority.
9. California residents
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not process sensitive personal information. You have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
